BIO

Rangoli Garg is a self-taught artist, who belongs to Lucknow, and is now settled in Hyderabad for around eleven years. She did her Post Graduation in Business Administration from Lucknow. Her passion for colours and her desire to portray Indian women, helped her to move on her journey as an artist. She has done many Solo and Group shows in India and abroad and has participated in many reputed International Art Fairs.

This is a new series of paintings, by the artist, which depicts the various moods, beliefs and scenes of women in different stages of their lives. The artist reinstates the grace, dream, strength and delicate sensitivity of womanhood through her paintings.  She weaves her life around her surroundings and responsibilities but her dreams still occupy most of her existence. Women and their emotions are well portrayed by the artist who is mesmerised with the charm, beauty, emotions, passions and grace of feminism.

Rangoli has twice displayed her works at India Habitat Centre, Delhi, World Trade Centre, Dubai and Singapore. She has also been awarded for her work in the direction of women upliftment.
