Born On 1st May 1957 in Maharashtra , Sanjay Ashtaputre was awarded G.D in Art from Govt. School of Art Aurangabad in 1978, and J.J.School of art , mumbai. Sanjay Worked as freelance Illustrator and designer for many ad ­agencies and started his own ad-designing studio. He has illustrated more than 60 comic books for children which he has published from New Delhi till 1994 then became fulltime Painter. Articles on his works , life and journey are published in the prominent news papers like­ Times of India, Maharashtra times, The Hindu,Loksatta,Deccan Chronicle,Indian Express, The Hans India, Metro India, Hindi Milap, Enadu,Varta. and etc..
